Mark 25 Homes has been the #1 luxury home builder in Park City since 2012. Whether it's your primary residence or second home, we take pride in creating beautiful communities that families can enjoy for years to come. To provide the most memorable experience we have rules we follow when selecting the locations of our communities.
RULE #1 - YOU CAN’T BE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES FROM SKIING.
Our properties don't all necessarily have to be ski-in/ski-out, but they do have to be less than 10 minutes from a lift. That may seem like a large compromise, but our buyers are happy driving a few miles to ski when it means the purchase price is less than half of the exact same units closer to the resorts.
RULE #2 - YOU HAVE TO HAVE VIEWS
On views, we will never compromise. Enjoy living in the country's #1 mountain city by taking in the Wasatch Range from your new home. The panoramic vistas capture snow capped peaks, brilliantly colored leaves, and the occasional moose. These incredible views are just one of the benefits of your mountain living experience.
