The Mountains are home

You can’t fool a

Local Buyer

You can’t fool a local buyer. If you try to sell a home in Park City for less than a million bucks, long time residents will wonder what’s wrong with it. Are there no views? Is it too far away from the ski resorts? Is it a time-share? Smaller than a shoe box? Or did you just build it with the cheapest materials you could get away with?

When Mark 25 Homes came to Park City in 2012 our goal was to offer luxury homes at a price that made people wonder how we were doing it. Five years later and we’ve been the number one seller every year since we started. And it stills makes us happy every time we see a Park City resident visiting one of our models, scratching their heads, with that look on their face like, “What?!! At these prices you still have Viking Appliances?”

So how do we do it?

Rule 1

You can’t be more than 10 minutes from skiing.

Our properties don’t all necessarily have to be ski-in/ski-out, but they do have to be less than 10 minutes from a lift. That may seem like a large compromise, but our buyers are happy driving a few miles to ski when it means the purchase price is less than half of the exact same units closer to the resorts.

Rule 2

you have to have views.

On views, we will never compromise. If you want to fully enjoy living in the country’s #1 mountain city then being able to see the Wasatch Range from your new home is a must. The snow capped peaks, the brilliantly colored leaves, the occasional moose. How any builder could ever sacrifice these amazing panoramic vistas we do not understand.

Rule 3

town homes and condos!

Some homeowners prefer to own large lots so they can mow their own grass and shovel the snow. But there are plenty of other people that are just fine with letting the HOA take care of it! Buying a town home or condo means you’re going to have neighbors, but Park City neighbors are the best! Living in a community with other people that appreciate mountain living like you do turns out to be a good thing.

Rule 4

we’re the developers and the builders

We purchase the land, we do the entitlement work, we complete the infrastructure ourselves, we build each and every home, and we market and sell everything with our own team! There are no middlemen. Every bit of that cost savings is reflected in our prices. This is the real secret to our success. It also means we have the flexibility to customize a home to just about anything that suits our buyers’ needs.

WE Love

the locals!

We love Park City Locals. For the last five years, building homes that exceed their expectations has been our sole focus. And now buyers from all over the country are starting to take notice. We are always pleased to sell to an out-of-town buyer, but the real compliment is when they love their new home so much that they consider becoming a local. And while we give credit for that to the unique Park City lifestyle, we like to think we’ve helped make that decision just a little bit easier.
